What is Carrollton United?
Carrollton United is a collaborative of community organizations
working toward improving the physical, emotional, mental, financial,
and spiritual health of Carrollton residents.
Healthy New Orleans Partnership
Carrollton United is a member of Healthy New Orleans, a partnership
of organizations and neighborhoods implementing a comprehensive vision
of community wellness. Carrollton United is a Community Health Network
of the HNO Partnership.
The Neighborhoods
Carrollton United brings together the Old Town of Carrollton which is
defined by Interstate 10 to the River, Broadway to the Jefferson Parish
Line.
Our Objective
To improve the health outcomes of every Carrollton resident by creating
a healthy Community.
